The U-Type Scissor Lift Table is a practical lifting solution designed to simplify pallet handling by allowing pallet trucks and forklifts to approach the platform easily thanks to its U-shaped top. It improves productivity in warehouses, logistics operations, and manufacturing facilities by streamlining loading/unloading, line feeding, and pallet transfer processes. With a lifting capacity range of 100 kg to 2,000 kg and an ultra low closed height of 80–120 mm, it helps reduce the need for ramps in many applications, supporting a safer, more ergonomic workflow.
Its customer-focused design enables custom manufacturing in special sizes and details, making it suitable for different pallet types, space constraints, and process requirements. The system can be configured with a 24V DC control unit and offers both hold-to-run (deadman) control logic and press-and-go control panel options. (With hold-to-run, the platform moves only while the operator presses the button and stops when the button is released.)
In terms of safety and compliance, the U-Type Scissor Lift Table is CE certified and manufactured in accordance with EN 1570-1 European standards. The IP54-rated electrical system supports reliable operation in industrial environments, while the overload protection system and +30% overload testing on all scissor platforms reinforce the safety margin. A safety edge frame integrated into the platform helps prevent trapping/crushing risks, and safety clearances between all moving parts reduce hazards during operation. Reinforced, impact-resistant hydraulic hoses contribute to overall system durability, supported by standard hydraulic safety measures.
For long service life and reduced maintenance, the system features maintenance-free bearing rollers, high-quality hydraulic cylinders for smooth and safe lifting performance, and a maintenance safety bar that mechanically secures the platform during servicing for maximum safety. Lifting points (padeyes) are also provided to support safe handling during installation and positioning.
