Low Profile Lift Table

The Low-Profile Scissor Lift Table is a widely used lifting solution in warehouses, logistics operations, and manufacturing facilities. Thanks to its low closed height, it enables palletized loads to be placed onto the platform quickly and safely using a pallet truck or forklift. It helps speed up loading/unloading, line feeding, packaging, in-station transfers, and process buffer operations, while improving productivity and operator comfort by lifting loads to an ergonomic working height in a controlled manner.

This product group is available with lifting capacities from 100 kg up to 2,000 kg. With an ultra low closed height of 90–120 mm, ramp requirements can be reduced in many applications. To make operation even easier, an optional ramp can be supplied; the ramp allows a pallet truck to drive onto the platform smoothly and place the pallet in the correct position. This improves pallet entry/exit speed, simplifies floor layout, and supports a cleaner daily workflow.

Low-profile scissor lift tables can be engineered with a customer-focused approach, offering custom manufacturing in special sizes and project-specific details. Platform dimensions, lifting stroke, and capacity are defined according to pallet size, load distribution, usage intensity, and site layout. For controls, a 24V DC control unit can be configured with either hold-to-run (deadman) or press-and-go control panel options. (With hold-to-run, the platform moves only while the operator presses the button and stops when the button is released.)

In terms of safety and compliance, the system is CE certified and manufactured according to EN 1570-1 European standards. An IP54-rated electrical system supports reliable operation in industrial environments, while the overload protection system enhances operational safety. A safety edge frame integrated into the platform top helps prevent trapping/crushing risks, and safety clearances between all moving parts reduce hazards during operation. All scissor lift tables are tested to +30% overload, confirming a strong safety margin. On the hydraulic side, reinforced, impact-resistant hydraulic hoses are used, and a hose burst valve is supplied as standard to support protection against sudden descent.

For long service life and reduced maintenance, the system features maintenance-free bearing rollers and high-quality hydraulic cylinders for smooth and safe lifting performance. Robust construction and high-quality components help minimize maintenance needs. During servicing, a mechanical maintenance safety bar provides secure mechanical locking for maximum safety. Lifting points (padeyes) are also provided for safe handling during installation and positioning.
